Hello. I would be interested in creating a new business. The object of this enterprise is e-commerce in the following industries: consumer electronics, technical and hi-tech articles, components for plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration, numismatics. The e-commerce will be available for EU and east-EU market. Our e-commerce experience in Italy has led to a cooperative society that, actually has a turnover of around ? 1M. The Cooperative employs approximately 8 employees and operates in an area of 100 square meters of operative office and 200 square meters of logistics / warehouse. I thought to locate this new company in Slovenia, given the centrality of the country that allows you to have a good strategic advantage with regard to the handling of goods. I also evaluated the opportunity to create an additional company in Delaware that absorbs the new Slovenian company, in a possible future perspective of expanding the range even to U.S. market. What do you think about that? Could...

I have 2 websites that are about to be launched and I will need someone with experience in electronic commerce, computer law and patent/trademark law to help me with the following: a) Discuss whether my 2 websites would have any potential legal issues. Once we determine what these potential legal issues could be, you would need to write a Disclaimer and Terms of Service for both websites. (Of course, I will explain the aim and functionality of each website in depth). The disclaimer will need to be very strong in order to avoid any potential legal issues and disputes. b) Discuss whether patenting and trademarking can be done for the 2 websites. I will pay on an hourly basis. Thanks

I am seeking assistance in drafting of pleadings and thereafter additional response to the anticipated counter filings. A national bank has committed but not limited to; many perjuries, fraud and RICO violations such as wire fraud, extortionate credit collection, obstruction of justice, tampering with witnesses, etc. Within the past 90 days I have met with the Chairman and CEO of the bank. I proposed a settlement of $100,000,000. Obviously we did not settle. The bank's book value is approx $80mm. Three of the directors are worth in excess of $500mm and are liable under Federal Law. I have claims of damage well in excess of $100mm. Given the Rico treble damages provision, it is a sizeable number. The violations include: Wire Fraud Financial Institution Fraud Theft/Conversion Extortionate credit transactions Extortion Obstruction of justice Obstruct ion of Criminal Investigation Obstruction of State and Local Law Enforcement Witness Tampering Retaliation against Witness Interfer...
