Hello, I need a Microsoft Office Professional. The job is to convert a MS Word document that we have into a User Input form, and I would like to link its contents to an Excel file as a data repository, where I can sort and run reports based on the user information. The current Word file Form is about four pages in length, with maybe 50-75 input fields, mostly Check Boxes, with some Text areas (User Entered, as well as Building Blocks).
