Hi, I have at a fair a device that is able to talk to centralised Heat&AC systems (like the ones that you find in hotels) and to control remotely temperature etc.. The device is marketed as a power saver due to the fact that uses ultrasonic sensors to detect the presence of people in the room and shuts down heat/AC or reduces it based on the setting chosen. The device is powered and uses power line network and a proprietary protocol to record power saving (the delta between the power reduced since the absence and what it would have used in power if the device was never in place). I would like to produce this device, right now this little device (15cmx10cm) can not be bough, so I would like to create one to propose to hotels etc... Would you be able to help? How would that work? I am a software person and never tried HW/Electronics before, so I am sorry if this might sound a bit foolish, but I can assure the project is serious and I have intention to find the right partner ...

I'll need to measure temerature from 12 points through non-contact temperature sensors. Once the temperature is readed, the data has to be saved in a memmory card. Ideally, the sensors will be reading and saving temperature, at least, every 0.5seconds. The idea is that later I can plot temperature vs time. The freelancer will have to prepare a tutorial on how to do this and must cover all the aspects so that someone with little knowledge can buy its own sensors and do it. That includes the code. I hope to hear from you soon. Cheers P.S: I was thinking about this sensors:   [obscured]  /products/9570

The objective is to design and fabricate one or several circuit board(s) capable of collecting multiple vital signs (ECG, SpO2, Temperature). The design can be a new design or one that is based on an existing reference design if the requirements can be met. If a reference design is used, schematics and demo software/firmware will be provided by the freelancer. The requirements are: - Capable of measuring ECG, pulse oximeter (SpO2), and temperature - Use an embedded 32-bit microprocessor with DSP functionality - Data collection of ECG and SpO2 must be simultaneous or with a low, deterministic latency (<1ms) between ECG/SpO2 samples - Sampling of ECG/SpO2 should occur at a rate higher than 100Hz with a good signal-to-noise ratio - Communication over USB/RS232 to a PC host - Onboard storage for at least 10 seconds of ECG/SpO2 data - Powered by a +5V DC power supply. Preferably a USB port. - A touch or infrared sensor for temperature - Firmware/software program demonstrating the ...

Hello, I wanted to know if you could help me. I'm designing a new product that needs an internal power generation. My research has steered me towards "disc type axial flux generators /motors". See attached sketch idea. Basically I need a test bed to prove theory I have based on the contrasts that are given. I can't fully describe the entire design but part of it needs to generate electricity and output it to a outlet, which kind of mimics a typical low voltage wall outlet performance you would find at a normal house. The initial device constraints was to have a cylinder can design with a max diameter of 3.5 -5 inches, and have the device be very light weight, and requiring very little force to spin the axial flux inside. I have not specified a height yet this is all a idea in testing phase. What I'm requesting is a design or instructions to create a test bed in my shop and so I can build and tested it, the shape and design are critical. This is a generator, I will ...

Dear Elancers, I'm was looking for buying a Honeywell resistor board (Honeywell-221508A) but unfortunately I couldn't find it and it's out of stock in most market areas. So I decided to make it by my self which I think it's not very complicated. It's just an analog card with mosfet. I'm looking for someone who help me for building this resistor board and give me some advice for the board. Please pay attention that I only need your advice and help for this so it's not a hard job. in the attachment you will find the pic of the board. Looking forward to hearing from you, Thanks,

I am designing a universal card. See   [obscured]  /wiki/Universal_card. I would like to enable it to work in a wide range of readers. But as a small company it is expensive to set up an extensive testing program to do this. I am looking for an electrical engineering consultant with in depth knowledge about dip and motorized magnetic stripe readers that could guide us in our development. English speaking a requirement.

I need developed complete electronics (populated PCB) as described here:   [obscured]  /controller/ Long term production will be required and I will need a cost per unit/ in volume of 5-10 units but production is NOT a part of this platform. Just the development which includes the design and working test unit. I'll need all paperwork associated with the design. Each time we re-designed we improved the end product substantially. That is why I am making this query. This will be our last improvement (I said that before) so it needs to be done correctly. Note: I have several versions in the worldwide market since 2008 so I know EXACTLY what my costs are. Any/all bullshit will be ignored. I wasn't born last night. Note: This is high school 101 electronics, very simple, uncomplicated. Note: I do NOT want to hear about your qualifications, your team, blah, blah, blah. Either you contact me to get to work or leave me alone! Note: If you have responded previously, you...

This is a startup opportunity and I am offering equity and/or potential partnership in my company or a contract with conditional payment terms based on receipt of funding. I am anticipating investment in the 2-3 month time frame. I am looking for somebody extremely motivated and ambitious to partner up with. A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required before any technical data is shared. Please contact me if you are interested and I will email you the NDA. Once the NDA is signed I will send you a Technical Requirements Document defining ...

Atmel IDE Design Platform ARM Cortex Processor Processor: ATSAMD20J18A This is a two part device where the devices control and communicate with each other over a bluetooth interface. Person should be familiar with: Embedded microcontroller coding, C, C++ Embedded System Development Basic Understanding of Electronics (No hardware design required.) Atmel Studio IDE Atmel ASF Controlling a Bluetooth Interface (HC-05) by a UART port with AT commands. Controlling remote devices on PCB through an I2C interface. Some capability speaking and writing English to document and comment code. Comment: Do not need HW design skills. That is nice to have but not necessary. I am an EE with a lot of design experience. PCB's have been finalized and are now in board layout, so the intention here is to get started on the code while the boards are getting laid out and fabricated. More details on the project will be given to people so a better time and cost estimate can be made. Prototype versions...
