I am looking for someone to start ASAP. There is emails that will come in from different languages, mostly from the Scandinavian countries. They will be need to be translated into Google Translate so you can figure out what they want. Then using one of our canned responses you will respond to them in their own languages, we have prefilled responses for every situation. Then you will have to go to the CRM and perform whatever action is needed - cancel customer, refund, reship product, etc. I have been doing this for the last couple months, so I know how long it takes to get done so you can not slack off.
