We have been served demands to pay for the hiring of a person / employee who is being alleged to have been a candidate of the hiring firm, presented to us. we had not received their email, but their emails show that it was indeed sent (unless the emails were fabricated). The candidate in question was selected by us after recommendation from our close working partners in the city and they made a very good case for hiring him and he was hired. the recruitment company approached us after 15 months of their claimed introduction and after 8 months of the employee starting work for us, and are now threatening litigation. we wish to expose this scam by the company and prevent them from groping the landscape by incessantly capturing the job market and claiming candidate for their own. We wish to be compensated for all the threats, and notices they have been sending us causing mental and corporate harm to us and our image. I have an eBay business which has reviews for products we can 100% verify, however customers and competition we have issue with continue to threaten us with legal action (namely competition) or if customers have a dissagreement with us they can leave bad feedback on eBay or write a product review saying all the other product reviews on the site are fake. So we need a single page letter to state their statement is defamatory to the 'Marce Blanc' brand which results in commercial loss as a result and the Brand Warehouse Australia company will sue if comments are not removed in 'X' time period (ie. 7 days).
