We have a situation at our company. One of our sales employees was terminated. The departure was not pleasant. 1. He has not returned his laptop which is company property. We want him to return it. 2. We fear that he will take confidential sales data and misuse it. He has very detailed sales data. This is in breach of a confidentiality agreement that he has already signed. 3. We fear that he may join a direct competitor and give them all the data. We want to achieve the following: - Have the employee return the laptop - Make sure that the employee is warned against misuse of the data in breach of a signed confidentiality agreement - Send a warning to the competitor that if they hire this employee, they may be party to a breach in the confidentiality agreement. So not to hire the employee. We have already drafted a letter to the employee and a "warning shot" letter to the competitor. We just want this letter to be sent on an attorney letterhead to add legal credibility. ...

This is a script for an elearning course. The tone should be approachable and friendly but knowledgeable and professional. There shouldn't be a lot of fluff in here - we want to cover a lot of content in a short amount of time. The course is approximately 10 minutes long, looking for 1400-1600 words for the script. I can send you scripts and finished elearning courses of previous ones we have done so you can get a sense of what I'm looking for, and of course am available to answer any questions you may have on this project. The course should start with an introduction, and then move quickly to the course content. This is an outline of what should be included in the course. As you research you can edit at your discretion, and not every section will be as lengthy or detailed as others. Outline legal obligations for employers to investigate employee complaints (very brief, intro) What channel(s) can be set up to accommodate employee complaints Handling an investigation i...

I will pay you $40.00 for 1000+ word articles on either; * personal injury law * employment law I'll need at least 1 article every two weeks, usually one a week. They have to be 100% original, they have to be of substantial quality (see below) and you have to know either personal injury or employment law like the back of your hand - of course. Quality: we can discuss ideas for article topics along the way - I can give you ideas based on keyword research, and you can create/write ideas from the top of your head too cause you're in the field and know what you're talking about, and know what users need to know. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to speaking with you.

I'm looking to get the following questions answered: a) How do I legally hire people to work on commission only in the UK? b) Do I have to hire them with a UK corporation? c) What contracts, if any, should I have in place? d) How do I ensure that I'm fully compliant and how to ensure I'm not challenged regarding the independent contractor status vs employed status
