I am looking for someone to develop the following 2 contracts. One for Repair Services. A Client hires us to Make a Repair to their Smart Phone or Tablet. We Verify the condition before pick up and after the repair and get a customer signature. We need a Legal Agreement to protect our company. Outlining the Warranty, that opening a device can cause damage that is beyond our control, etc. I can elaborate more, but basically want protection for our company against fraudulent claims. 2) Employment. A basic employment contract, background check authorization, and also a confidentiality agreement and non compete and disclosure agreement. We have proprietary tools and disclose business practices to our employees. We do not want them to take our business model and supplier contacts, and leave to only become a competitor.

Below is a summary of the incident that happened where I work and live in Albany, N.Y.I took the sublease of two months (starting July 1st) from a guy named XXXX, who was staying there for 10 months and left the remaining of a year's lease as a two-month sublease with us. He moved to Philadelphia because of job changes and left furniture, utensils and dresses in both bedroom closets, as well as more than 12 dozen pairs of shoes in the living room closet. He said that he was going to come and take away these items in two weeks, but he did not come back for the items as promised. I have paid two months of rent, which totaled $1,920 ($960 per month), even though in the lease agreement, it stated the rent was only $934 per month. The leasing office advised me to pay him rent directly. I asked him for clarification as to the difference in amounts and he said that he received a 5 percent discount when he paid his rent for the whole year in advance. After waiting for two weeks, I called the ...

I am in need of a 2,500 - 3,500 word brief (overview) addressing identity theft and identity fraud in the workplace and what companies and employers must do to try and combat it for their employees and customers. Qualifications include a licensed attorney with experience in labor law. Our audience is small to medium size employers. As part of the brief, I would expect an in-depth explanation of any federal laws that address identity fraud and theft (does not need to be complete text of each law but instead an overview of each). We would also like a discussion of penalties that can be assessed on the employer in the case of non-compliance and what employers need to do to any privileged or personal information that the company holds about other individuals. Discussions of recent (last 5 years) court cases or big information hacks (SONY, Ashley Madison, etc.) can also be brought in to bolster the information with concrete examples of what employers did wrong and what needs to be done to...

Hello - I'm looking for a tax accountant who can help me with my extended 2014 tax return from last year. As well, my amended tax returns have been seized by the IRS (not for back taxes), but for student loan debt. I am on a payback program with the IRS right now and I was assured that my returns would not be affected, but apparently they have been. I am also a freelancer who works independently and I'm trying to start my own company right now and would like to get around the self-employment taxes. I need a certified accountant who can help me figure all of this out.

Hi, I am looking for a solicitor/lawyer that specialises in UK employment law. I run a digital platform that is effectively a temp recruitment agency for the catering industry. It offers short term work to individuals at short notice. I have three legal questions that need answering: 1) If someone already had a job and was using the recruitment platform as a secondary source of income (as in they already have a job and they are using the service to top up their income), what would the tax implications be? Would that individual be responsible for their own tax returns. Would their main employer be automatically notified? 2) Should I be aware of the Working Time Directive? Would it be sufficient if I notified the user in the Terms & Conditions of the maximum number of hours permissible under the directive and also holiday entitlement. As the temp agency would I need to do anything else? 3) Liability in the workplace- if an employee that has used the app to find short-term wo...

I'm meeting with prospective employees for a fitness business and want to give them a document to sign before we speak. In essence, what I'll require is that they not divulge anything we discuss. They're not obligated to work for me, not obligated to not work for a competitor, etc, but they can't discuss the content of our meeting or that our business even exists. Must have an active license to practice law in the United States.

Two Directors, both co-owners, co-founders. One fires the other from his managerial role in the company. The company (Irish/UK) has employee liability insurance. The fired Director has accused the other of fraud and removed him as a Director. He is still a Director but has no involvement with the company because he has been removed. The fired Director wants to initiate and run a claim against the company, or in reality its insurer. This role would REALLY suit an ex insurance company claims person or a lawyer/solicitor used to this type of claim. The damages are in the $ millions. I do not mind what jurisdiction you are in.

We are launching an educational social media website, TalkWits.com, in a couple months. The business is a c-corp (TalkWits, Inc.) with 1500 shares of common stock, each with a par value of $0. One or more of the contracts for this business will involve stock options with 'vesting cliffs' based on how long the employee has worked at the company. In addition, these contracts will also include salary bumps and bonuses based on the success of the company. To start, I want someone to review ONE of these contracts, assessing the legality, the fairness, potential implications/conflicts, and any other issues I should look out for. The finished product should be a polished contract that the employee and the CEO can sign. Then, afterwards we can draw out the other contracts using the first as a template. ***I use the word "employee" lightly. The team members will not be "employees" in a legal sense at first, because W-2s will not be filed. "Independent contrac...
