Greetings, We are in need of freelance estimators who have experience in doing Quantity takeoffs for High-rise & Mid-rise Building Structures, and commercial, who can be very professional. Must be able to use Planswift and Excel proficiently. We need you to do Complete Concrete Shell, Rebar, Form work, and Structural Steel takeoffs. Need someone that can do all the quantifications, level by level, and tally it all up in a nice summary according to CY, TNs, and SF. Must be a master in Excel. Also, must read English exceptionally well and be able to perform calculations in English Units, not metric or SI.
