Our company is based in San Diego and manufactures and distributes electronic cigarettes. Our marketing approach includes attending trade shows in the USA as well as internationally. Usually 2-4 individuals attend these trade shows, and we need the trips planned. The events are most often twice per month, but that may increase. Usually the planning for a trip like this means the following must be done: 1) Research airfares (we prefer American Airlines, usually) 2) Research hotels (always close to the convention centers where trade shows are being held) 3) Research rental cars 4) Research and arrange for displays (usually 2-4 boxes weighing between 25 and 50 kilos) to be shipped to convention centers, with specific pick up instructions 5) Research on local restaurants, with an emphasis on vegetarian Often we do the research and then change our mind (probably 25% of the time) so it is essential the travel planner understands that every trip we plan does not always take place. Myself and my husband were married in St Lucia last year, June. Alone. No friends or Family. Our intention is to throw a "vow renewal" in August of this year for out family and friends to replicate what would have been our wedding if we were in the country with every one.
