Please provide separate quotes in your message for these 2 deliverables. 1) You would need to create a web-service with a OOP class. This class would take a video file input, and a json input of time slots that have to removed from the video. eg [{"removeStart":22,"removeEnd": 45},{"removeStart": 200, "removeEnd": 600}] In the above example you would need to remove parts 22 - 45 seconds and 200-600 seconds, and deliver the final video. 2) Make an interface that spits out above json output. This interface should play a video and should allow a user to easily tag starting and ending points for removing videos.

Seeking competent team that has already built or has experience with developing a media player for Android utilising Hardware acceleration, allowing the play back of videos and audio while offline. The play back should be based on ffmpeg codecs so the files are decoded and not transcoded to a supported format via a server. One of the more popular media players on the Google Play store is MXPlayer. There is open source code for MXPlayer but it needs compiling and new UI built which I will provide. -   [obscured]  /site/mxvpen/ -   [obscured]  /site/mxvpen/ffmpeg - If you have media player experience and can compile the codecs then please get in touch. Thanks

We need to have a customized Flash encoder or encoder add-on created which converts .mov or .mp4 files to .flv **exactly as the original file's play back - including audio.** Currently, Flash encoders (Adobe Flash Media Encoder, etc.) when converting video into Flash, shrink the audio so the audio starts and ends a few milliseconds after and before the video does. This is imperceptible to the human ear - but if you split one video into 2, encode the pieces into flv and play them back to back, you will hear an audible gap, even if the video is seamless. If you compare the video + audio waves in an editor you'll see the same thing. We need a script or application which allows us to create flvs which have no audio shrinkage. This can be a standalone app or script for ffmpeg or whatever you want but just the simplest way to produce a consistent flv. You may want to detach the audio from a video, encode the video into flv, and reattach the audio. We're not sure. (see attachment) We use ...
