I am looking for someone to help me run my financial advisory practice along with many admin type task for an insurance agency I am responsible for. Task include but are not limited to: Review client accounts daily looking for criteria, print off, scan and email list of accounts. Complete paperwork using Laser App and/or Foxit pdf Pull task from Dropbox and follow list of to do's Keep licensing up to date for three individuals and one agency Input insurance applications in Smart Office Follow up on pending insurance cases and create notes on status in Smart Office Manage three email inboxes and handle service task proactively Provide insurance quotes for agents requesting Send insurance applications and appointment paperwork to agents requesting Create billing worksheet at end of each quarter Other task that would be nice to have but not required: Update website and keep update with current content Create and run product training calendar for insurance agency Create and distribute i...
