See attached database which needs completing by this SUNDAY EVENING (2nd AUGUST) It's a list of 87 US Hospital Systems. The data required is: 1. A hyperlink to the hospital system's main website on their name (column 1) 2. The number of employees working in the hospital system. Your primary responsibility is to compile executive compensation related data found in SEC filings for publicly traded companies and highlight the source documents where the data was extracted from on a PDF. This requires data entry from tables, footnotes as well as CD&A (Compensation discussion & Analysis) paragraphs. You will be provided the links to the annual reports and historical share prices. You will then copy specific data into an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet comes with detailed instructions for each line of data to ensure consistent interpretation and entry of the data. The excel book (see attachment) comes with an empty template sheet to be used for each new company as well as an example sheet completed for Coca-Cola Company for reference. There are several hundred companies, which needs to be completed over the next several months, so this is a large project. Each company should not take more than 2 1/2 hour to complete for an experienced data entry expert. Any candidates will first be tested to see whether they can do the job on time without making mistakes. If the test is passed, the candidate will be on the project as long as the production meets expectations. Applicants MUST know how to read annual reports and have a high level of financial English.
