I am looking for a VA with following skills: - good written and spoken English - good knowledge of Xero - quality work with attention to detail, done right the first time around, - friendly and inquisitive VA - some WordPress experience (not essential but a plus) The jobs/tasks required are: - immediately: data entry for the past financial year into Xero, this will be done from data files provided by the bank and from account statements, my guess is this will likely take around 60-80 hours at most, this work is to be completed before the end of July - on-going: -- update the account books for my small business -- some wordpress publishing work -- admin assistance This is an on-going job, no reason to end if the quality and attention to detail is maintained I am based in Australia, GMT+10. the right candidate would have at least 2 hours per day of business hours overlapping with Eastern Australia. Must have experience with data entry on Xero!

I am a public practice accountant and have approximately a dozen spreadsheet templates used to prepare workpapers for tax returns and financial statements. I want an excel spreadsheet that has a summary page (single sheet) whereby you can select a number of the spreadsheet templates from the relevant spreadsheet template list (to be provided). Importantly, apart from the summary page there would be no visible other spreadsheet templates until a respective checkbox was selected - then the relevant spreadsheet template would automatically appear in the workbook. For example: Checkbox for Tax Reconciliation was selected then my Tax Reconciliation template would automatically appear as a new sheet in the workbook.
