We have FreePBX setup on CentOS AWS server. Need someone to help out with ongoing server maintenance and the odd help provisioning a new line, changing a call route, etc. This will be ongoing monthly contract to do routine work on server and then as an on-call per hour for other services. Boston-based medical software company seeking part-time (20 hours per week) professional to help troubleshoot and respond to staff issues with PBX connectivity via soft-phones, adjust PBX, and occasionally analyze and report on Call Detail Records (CDR). We want to use a raspberry pi running freepbx and 2 gsm dongles as a dispatch system. Essentially the customer would call into the system then an IVR would ask if they want their delivery to their usual address (business as usual), or to a new address. If they want the delivery to the same address then it would query a spreadsheet database for that customer's number and send an sms text with the customers address and phone number to the delivery person. If they have a different address they want the delivery sent to then the call would be re-routed to a phone number to talk to a CSR. It would also be great if it could be set up so the current clients are on a white list and go to the IVR. New clients that we don't know their number are on a grey list that goes to voicemail where they can leave their information, and a black list for bad customers/ telemarketers/ whatever.
