I would like to have a mobile website/app developed that would use the US Department of Agriculture's county GIS maps (can be found online) linked up automatically to a person's phone using the phone's GPS system. This will be a program for farmers in particular that as they drive into a tract of land it can be documented as to which GIS tract it is that they are in at that time and have options to name which crop they are planting on that particular tract, save the planting date automatically, then be able to save and/or email that information back to an email address.
