HR Officer with German (Bucharest) Role: The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions. Responsibilities: Provide end to end HR query resolution to all defined stakeholders; Log 100% of the queries in the CRM tool; Coordinate with all internal stakeholder to ensure issue resolution; Communicate with the query initiator on status until issue closure; Maintain HR database, ensuring highest standards of completeness and accuracy; Handling employee and HR Manager queries in a timely and effective manner. Requirements: English ? medium to advanced; German ? advanced; 0 - 2 years of experience in any field; University Degree (Economics background is a plus); Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge; Good communication skills.

We are a UK based company who distance sells products to the German market and as we store inventory in Germany we must register for MwSt although we have no other presence there. We need someone who can register our UK Ltd company for VAT (MwSt) in Germany and complete our German VAT returns with the figures I will supply you with. We need someone who can do this on an ongoing basis. Our German revenue is under £10K per year so the VAT return will be very simple. I expect it to take no longer than 30 minutes if you are familiar with the German VAT system. I will provide you with our sales figures and VAT due, you will just need to input them on a monthly basis.
