My small graphic design company will be hiring its first full time employees in the upcoming weeks and I'm looking for a consultant who can guide me through the paperwork and legal documentation required. We are structured as a single partner LLC and operate in Texas. I've done research and feel I have a basic understanding of what I need to do but it would be great to have support from an experienced HR / Legal mind to assist to make sure I don't miss anything. First priority is to outline the forms and paperwork I need to provide for my employees and to the various government agencies. Second priority is to provide recommendations on general employee policies I should understand.
