Looking for someone to help me learn how to integrate websockets within a Rails application. Should use the faye-websocket gem coupled with the Puma gem. It should also use vanilla JavaScript and HTML/ERB (so no CoffeScript or HAML). I want to keep it as lean as possible, so no use of any JavaScript libraries (aside from jQuery). To start off, we can build a chat application from scratch and take it from there.

I'd also like them to be skilled with the following as well: PHP 5.5.x and MySQL 5.6.x and jQuery of course. Partage uses Postgres but the similarities are enough

Text is all that needs to be added to the design but the typography must look like the mockup. - New ( 11/05/2015 ) there may be some css styling which is not typography related that needs to also appear on the pdf file (mainly boxes). PDF must download when clicking on submit. Details for the form will be provided. Mockup will be provided, fonts used are google fonts. No need for admin areas, just need a simple form that can do the above. As a developer myself, I would expect this to be a small job. Prerequisites: Must be developed using Ruby on Rails. Clean code is a must. Must have good communication skills and be willing to chat on skype if needed. Must have a github account as the...
