I want to install the Redmine helpdesk software onto my Shared hosting account. I got the database setup, and the Redmine files unpacked and installed into my account. I've checked that my account has a compatible version of Ruby, which it does. However when I run 'bundle install,' I am getting some errors: 'Cannot load gem ... /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/cache/rake-10.4.2.gem' I have no experience with Ruby or Gemfiles, and looking for some help.

I am a managed service provider who delivers complete computer/network/systems support for local small businesses.
