I have surgar CRM installed but error message "Could not connect to the database. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details."   [obscured] I need to add extra extenstion for the VOIP (3clogic) & 2 more . VOIP companiy as set up a centrex (answer machine call quing ect) and it need to be attached to the CRM in order to have the inboud-outboud call customer recognison, We have smtp server for the mail and that nedd to be tied up to the CRM in order to send receide mail form the CRM. The GUI need toi be customise for helpdesk Tutorial on how to import csv of customer Tutorial basic use for agent (team viewer 30 min) setup 4agent & 1 superviser profile
