Eyes Wide Open Life is looking for a virtual Customer Service Manager. Our company's mission is to support and empower people to create their lives and businesses awake, aware and on their terms. Job descriptions include: - Managing the customer support helpdesk (Responding to customer inquiries, supporting customers getting access to materials through our platforms, processing membership cancellations and upgrades/downgrades, etc.) - Assigning tickets appropriately to team members - Welcome calls - Prepping coaching call agendas - Collections and accounts receivable - Additional administrative support as needed Time commitment is approximately 25-30 hours a week.
