Hi, I am looking for an existing helpdesk software application (web based) with a MS SQL/mySQL backend that can be used for an IT company. I need something that looks great as well as is easy to use. It must support multiple user logins, ticket queues, reporting, ticket priorities, ticket escalations, email notifications. All tickets must be logged to a specific client and assigned to either a queue or a specific user. I have worked with Autotask, Spiceworks, os ticket etc. I am looking for something proprietary that you have perhaps developed for an existing client. I would like to demo your system for a dew days to see if we like it and then purchase it from you AND/OR customise it to suit our needs. Please provide demo links and login details to your helpdesk system. Also specify your systems cost. NOTE: We would like to host this app on our own CLOUD servers. Thank you.

We have a permanent full time job for a qualified I.T. helpdesk operator; Your duties include; Responding to chat based support requests, assisting the client where you can and escalating the ticket to senior staff if you are unable to assist Managing our suppport mailbox and dealing with emails as they arrive there Managing our help desk, dealing with or scheduling other team members on tickets as they appear for dispatch.
