We are a Spanish company in the process of hiring a sales team to beef up our operations in the US including account executives and technical resources. Your job will be: - Go through the responses for our ads and reply to candidates, setting up a screening interview (aprox. 30 resumes) - Do a screening phone call to gather key info on the candidate, including retribution and other key expectations and write up short call summary and first impressions. - We'll go through your notes and hopefully we can shortlist the candidate list to around half. - If the candidate is shortlisted, you'll schedule and coordinate a second phone/skype interview with our management team in Europe. - You'll be responsible for communicating the agenda to both parties and making sure meetings go through. - When candidates are picked, you'll help us extend the offer and getting them signed.
