Comzio HR is our proprietary software and is a web-based Human Resource management solution written in PHP. Comzio HR is designed to run using XAMPP (basic package) version 1.6.7 running on Windows. I've been developing a web app for my organisation to make managing the Human Resources a lot easier than a lot of spreadsheets.
