Hello, This is a fixed bid project only, no hourly work will be accepted. Bids only. I'm wanting to develop a cloud based, SaaS, and relatively simple outbound/inbound (blended) Dialer with Auto-dialing (voice only broadcast) capabilities as well. So a multi channel platform with Outbound, Inbound, Blended, voice broadcasting, and Simple IVR capabilities. The platform must capture both Inbound and Outbound call metrics based on simple industry standards but I will add a few of my own metrics based on some new call disposition types I'd like to add. An integrated User Manual as and Quick Start Guide will be necessary as well. About 95% of what I want to do is not unusual, typical dialing platform technology. When you bring previous experience to the table, this will not be a difficult endeavor.
