Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - source candidates for external job searches from networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, the client's database and employee referrals. - Conduct web searches in compliance with OFCCP regulations. - Proactively network and seek out the right candidates in an expeditious and most cost effective manner. - Utilize business and client networks to market career/client opportunities. - Source and Canvass competitive companies - Organizational mapping, name generation, candidate sourcing, pre-screening and market intelligence gathering - Develop and use out of the box sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, Social Media) Required Education and/or Experience: - College education preferred. - Other related industry designations, certificates, licenses or course work helpful. - Experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR Staffing. - Preferable staffing experience from contingent or retained agency environment. - Experience sourc...
