Seeking a manufacturer for a mobile phone case. We prefer a manufacturer in the United States, in the midwest would be ideal. The product is well into the development cycle and the time to partner with a manufacturer has arrived; so that we can make the correct material selections for manufacturing. The Mobile device will be a molded product with some plastic and metal mechanical internals. We have ongoing CAD data of the product as we continue to develop it. You will need to be able to handle the tooling and molding of the case as well as the cutting/stamping and assembly of the metal mechanicals. You will need to have expertise in mechanical engineering and at some point be able to help us finalize/take over the internal mechanicals for MFG. We prefer a one stop shop for our project, if you can handle packaging or the final product that is a bonus. Startup quantity is forecasted to be 50,000 units and the launch date would be Spring of 2015. If we contact you, we will be looking t...

100MW+ portfolio of UK power plants requires an excellent Project Manager / Project Engineer to design, manage, and oversee packaging of Jenbacher 620 gas gensets in containers, drop over enclosures or other concrete/pre-fab enclosures. S/he will pull everything together in terms of sourcing enclosure contractors, rads, silencers, compressors, controls, mechanical, electrical, etc. A packager has been chosen for the initial units, but we need someone to test them and liaise with them and source the free issue items and manage input from the team. For future units, we want to simultaneously source our own competitive "DIY" / bespoke solution rather than simply send all gensets to this particular packager. The position will consist of lots of intra UK travelling mixed with occasional or frequent days in our West Midlands office collaborating with the rest of the team. Expenses will be paid. Pay will be competitive, though we won't overpay. Start date is immediate. As...

I have a special type of wall charger which is made in Solid Works (I will send the files to the elancer I select). I would now need the following changes made to the CAD model: 1. The elancer shall make it so that the prongs of the europlug become retractable and will fully retract into the europlug by the flick or the press of a button or similar. The retracting mechanism shall be of excellent quality and feel. It must be fully safe and compatible with any CE requirements. It shall not make the wall charger bigger. The purpose of the retraction is to make the wall charger smaller and more comfortable to transport in for example a pocket. 2. The wall charger (which is currently cylinder shaped) shall be more oval. The length and width of the cylinder shall be adjusted (the new measurements will be given by email). 3. Holes for the USB socket and LEDs shall be added to the wall charger. 4. Tracks to secure the PCB to the interior of the wall charger shall be added.
