We are experimenting with the flow of a fluid through a device. The fluid is housed in the device and sealed with rubber diaphragms at either end.We are looking for an electro mechanical unit to oscillate the fluid through the device via stimulation of the diaphragms. The device has a volume of 500mL. The unit should use diaphragm A to send a pressure wave through the device. The unit should sense the pressure waves arrival at diaphragm B on the opposite end of the device. When the pressure waves arrival is sensed at diaphragm B the unit should use diaphragm B to create a return pressure wave. The unit can operate on just diaphragm A, or diaphragm A & B. The unit should be cost effective. See attachment for example of Diaphragm A only stimulation.

Mate the given schematic with a suitable microcontroller and design and fabricate the sample PCB. Also some C programming will be required. Detail Scope of work 1. Establish the I2C communication between provided IC of schematic and chosen microcontroller. 2. Establish communication between microcontroller and PC via USB. 3. Microcontroller should also be field programmable via USB. 4. Write a basic C program for microcontroller which can access the IC via I2C. 5. Write a basic PC program to access all the registers in the IC and some variables of the microcontroller. 6. Design the PCB and get 2 sample units fabricated for testing.
