I need circuit designed for a solid state relay, optically isolated from output to input to 7.5kV, for a load voltage between 125-250VAC (60 Hz) under a 40A max load. It specifically needs to have less than 100uA of leakage current when it is in the "position". It must also have a tolerance to transients with a dV/dt > 600 V/us and input DC voltage range from 4-32V. I need it designed, analyzed, and tested under a 15A load along with all testing results.

You can build a circuit with arduino type. But it must be the smallest possible self after installation and costed the cheapest. I am open to the suggestion of design to make it more simple. the less expensive to manufacture and less weld. It ok for welding Surface mount Total dimension max +/- 3 in by 5 in Reads the voltage of the solar panel and depending on the output voltage it will set a time in minutes. High intensity 100% = 15 min. Intensity 20% min = 60 min and is proportional ratio when the intensity is between the maximum and minimum. Below +/- 20%. a message is displayed = Not efficient for this moment or what ever Push a bottom to activate the countdown and reset timer. On oled Display - time 0-60 min with the countdown. I have a board that was designed in 6 layers, using a blind via and very small trace paths, and as result has increased the production cost greatly. What I need is for someone to take the current design schematic, and either separate the design into two independent boards that interface with each other and mount within the same enclosure space, or fix the board so that it is not so closely to produce, meaning increase the trace or component issues. Because of time, I am in need of this fix quickly, in a matter of days not weeks, so that the board can be produced.
