Seeking an excel based model suitable for planning real estate development projects in the Caribbean. Specific requirements include: Formulas must be accessible so they can be easily validated. Manual / Model documentation so that major assumptions are clearly stated and and flow through of calculations can be discerned. Open to pre-existing models but must be able to attest that no copyright or intellectual property infringement. Clear output tables for easy presentation to banks/financiers and potential investors. Must be able to take into account the timing of cash flows up to a monthly frequency but also can give "static" output based on general assumptions Ability to incorporate varying building types (both apartment block and townhouses) within the same analysis.
