Overview: We need a web crawler to continually find and scrape new litigation data to populate our litigation database. The Problem: There is one comprehensive source for Federal litigation, but non-Federal litigation is another story. There are thousands of independent court systems around the US, and at least dozens or hundreds which have some sort of online presence. The Opportunity: We need to build a program that finds, acquires and standardizes data from all of these different court systems into a single database that can then be ported to our primary database for inclusion in our data service. The Data: We only track credit and debt-collection themed litigation. While I believe it would be highly impractical to try to identify the litigation we want by the type of litigation it is in most court web sites, it would be considerably easier to match the defendants of that litigation to the full list of defendants in our database, and set that as the primary match point for most...

We are iOS developers and used   [obscured]   to convert our Objective-C Files to Java Files. There are, of course, issues in the conversion. We need someone to look at the Java Files and see what it will take to get this Android app up & running. 1. We'll send the files over. 2. You tell us what changes need to be made with estimate for how much you'll charge. 3. We will pay you to make those changes.

We are currently helping a customer build a product that lets users take online courses. As part of the product, we will have a web service API that will return various reporting data, such as: - Number of people who looked at a certain course's contents - The average score people had on the quiz - etc. We have to build a web service which will essentially just be a bunch of Java Servlets that will return a JSON string based on the arguments given. For example, the kind of documentation you would have is: ---------------------------------------- (SEE ATTACHMENT TO SEE THIS IN A BETTER FORMAT) Endpoint URL:   [obscured]  /getUsers Allows the client to retrieve the list of users. ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- You would be working with the lead developer on the project who would help you set up your development environment and provide you with the current MySQL database structure. You would then have to figure out how to write the SQL q...

Hello, Looking for an experienced financial market developer to code the following program for trading with Dukascopy Bank via its API. HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION: I am trading currencies via Dukascopy Bank and would like to automate my entries and exits based on several input variables entered via a graphical user interface (which will need to be built as part of this project). The program does not need to generate a trading signal as I will be specifying the position size to be entered. The following is a brief description of how the entries and exits need to be traded: ENTRY Via the GUI I want to define e.g. the target positions size (e.g. buy 500EUR against USD), the size per trade ticket (e.g. 100EUR against USD) as well as a start and end time. At the end time the actual position should equal the target position. The start and end time should be split into different time frames. For each time frame I will define different rules of how to set limit and market orders. EXIT Based ...
