The goal is to convert the data from the attached PDFs into the attach excel workbook. Each PDF has a series of transaction and in each of those transaction a series of data categories identified by a headings or title. Instructions for Account Payable PDF: Take a look at the Examples on PDF 1. The number in red identify a data categories we are transferring to the excel workbook. Enter the corresponding data items from the pdf into the corresponding excel work book. In the pdf there are 7 categories, 1) Represents the Date, 2) Transaction document, 3) Description, 4) Act #, 5) Job #, 6) Code #, 7) Debit/Credit 8) is $ Amount. See Accounts payable example #1.
