Our client owns a small e-commerce business, corporation registered to the State of Nevada. We are looking for a lawyer with experience in dealing with litigation or settling disputes between buyer-seller (vendor/supplier). agreements It is a straight forward matter where a supplier did not fulfill on an order which was paid in full. We are looking for options to either file a suit or settle the dispute outside of court to get the outstanding balance back. The facts are very clean cut and straight forward, there are no doubts that our payment was made and no doubts that inventory was withheld. We are looking for the cash amount to be repaid. Pro Se Plaintiff (senior independent mineral exploration geologist) was defrauded out of his equity in one of the richest natural mineral resource occurrences in the entire western hemisphere. After 18 months in preparation, the legal complaint draft is now essentially complete, except for one short but indispensable paragraph, which needs to be tweaked by a litigation expert or a legal/banking scholar before the complaint is filed in Circuit Court. When filed in Court, this will be the largest tort case ever filed in U.S. History, greatly dwarfing Pennzoil vs. Texaco.
