We purchase homes every month at the foreclosure auctions in Tarrant, Denton and Collin Counties in Texas. In order to buy 2 or 3 homes, it is necessary to research approximately 100 homes each month. Part of this research is doing all of the title work for each of the 100 homes. We are looking for someone to do this research each month. It generally is about 20 hours worth of work each month.
