I need ONLY preliminary legal research for this issue. My goal is to obtain and read actual court cases on this matter. We are a Credit Reporting Agency who conducts Social Media background checks on employees for businesses. We are located and licensed in one Canadian province (Saskatchewan) but want to offer our services to business all over Canada in every province. As a result, we need a legal professional to go through the Credit/Consumer Reporting Acts and/or any other relevant legislation for the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador. Although we are considered a Credit Reporting Agency in Saskatchewan, we suspect that our services may not fall into that definition in other provinces. However, if we are considered a Credit Reporting Agency in other provinces, we need to know if it sufficient to only be licensed in the province we are...

We are an established international tax, business and legal information network, publishing our own content. We provide content to third parties, in similar subject areas, and this is where we require extra help. We are responsible for researching and maintaining information on the tax systems of many countries around the world, and whilst we have extensive internal editorial expertise in the field of tax, much of the research has proved difficult to complete without language support. We now work by pairing a foreign language speaker with a tax expert to research each country. This has proved to be very effective. Your role would involve researching news sources to find out whether any developments in tax rates, business, or law have occurred and to feedback any changes to us on a monthly basis using provided templates. Requirements - We are seeking freelance internet researchers that meet the following requirements: * A superior level of written English. * Native level fluency ...
