We are in the process of valuing the company and want to create a plan with a plan document that outlines a stock purchase plan. We are a small company, however I want to give the employees an opportunity to buy shares in our company and offer a match to do so. I am not looking to reinvent the wheel, so I am totally fine with following a template based on what is being used out there for a company of my size ($500k-$1mm in sales and less than 10 employees plus about 10 contractors). The stock will be a b class non-voting, non-dividend paying stock. However we may choose to pay a dividend in the future. They will have the ability to sell the shares back to the stock with right of first refusal or sell to another party. I want to issue the stock 4 times a year, they can also sell shares back to the company 4 times a year based on how many they purchased during the quarter.
