We need a team not an individual as we will require shift hours. Good English Required. We are a Property Management Team that is 5 months old and have 400 rooms to manage in Cyberjaya. ( only 40 occupied now, rest still under reno) We Provide the service of Renovate, Furnish, Finding Tenant, Maintaining Tenant, Reporting back to owner of property. 1) Customer Service (24/7) Hotline We don't have this yet but will need a team with experience with this to suggest how best we can do this as our team is only working hours. FAQ ? Access to client database? Contact persons when anything goes wrong? 2) Social media Management To be the "Relationship Builder" with our existing tenants, Potential tenants and public.
