Job description I'm sure you know a lot of the terms I'm about to use, but please ask me to elaborate should I play a little too much corporate buzz word bingo so to speak. I require what I'm calling a "MAC training manual", which will also encompass documents that describe a structure of governance (policies, standards, RACI matrix etc). MAC stands for moves, adds, changes. The role I have in my company is called MAC project coordinator. The role moves and provisions IT infrastructure for retail stores. Infrastructure includes switches, servers, communications lines, computers, printers and other IT devices. We move the infrastructure and store as demand recedes from that rea. We provision new stores and infrastructure as demand increases. The role has predominately been done with no documentation or process, and has largely been successful. Recently the number of store MAC's has increased, and we are finding a need for a structure of governance around the role....
