I have a number of files which have been extracted from an accounting system MYOB. They are in excel format but could be produced in text file format. The files need to be rearranged into a specific mapping of fields in order for them to be imported into a new accounting system - Xero. A mapping will be provided of the old fields to the new fields. The customer list is probably the biggest file and is 16000 lines in excel due to the way the export from MYOB is formatted. There are around 390 customer records. There are around 49 fields in the customer file, but only 5-10 will be required for the CSV file which is to be imported. In addition to the customer file there will also be conversions required for a suppliers file, sales invoice file and purchase invoice file. A sample of the excel customer file to be converted is attached along with a mapping showing the layout of the CSV file to be created - see yellow highlighted fields.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to complete basic data entry for me. The selected candidate will be required to enter expenses into MYOB Essential (online MYOB) dating back to June 2014. It is for a small business (sole trader) so there isn't a ridiculous amount. The information will be provided in excel spreadsheet form for some suppliers & individual invoices for others. Being able to make sure you're not entering duplicate data is a bonus. Not exactly sure how many hours will be required but I want to work with an hourly rate. Hi I need an accountant to prepare end-of-year tax for a small Australian proprietary limited company with less than $300,000 annual turnover and two employees. The company has fewer than a dozen products and only a small depreciation sheet. The shareholdings and depreciation schedule etc have already been set up by an existing accountant. We have a bookkeeper that has prepared the four quarterly BAS statements as per Australian requirements. The two employees are the two shareholders in the company. Both employees will require group certificates for their personal tax. The year-end accountancy has been done by an Australian accountant in recent years, but because of tightening business conditions, I am looking for lower cost options. I have a shameful secret. My last bookkeeper reconciled my accounts at the 30th of June 2015 and I never got around to replacing her. :-S I need... A complete tidy-up and reconciliation of accounts from 1st July, 2012 - 30th June, 2015. I am using MYOB Live Accounts which is linked with my Banking Account (Phew) but my Visa card will need to be entered manually. And I don't understand but I think I have to "receive" money too. Good Day! I am helping my wife convert from the worst piece of software imaginable, MYOB Premier 13, to Xero. She is running a very fast-growing food business (Pte Ltd) in Singapore and has issued some 370 invoices to around 30 customers in the past 24 months.
