I have a shameful secret. My last bookkeeper reconciled my accounts at the 30th of June 2015 and I never got around to replacing her. :-S I need... A complete tidy-up and reconciliation of accounts from 1st July, 2012 - 30th June, 2015. I am using MYOB Live Accounts which is linked with my Banking Account (Phew) but my Visa card will need to be entered manually. And I don't understand but I think I have to "receive" money too. Maybe that will remove the backlog of what looks like unpaid invoices (they have been paid). I track all of my personal and business income through the same system - I put the personal in accounts setup called Personal and my business the general accounts. A lot of the it has been automatically allocated based on rules too. All fo that is really helpful. I really don't know what needs to doing because this is not my domain. I run a business in Australia   [obscured]  , however, I am now in Cebu and setting up some of administration components in Cebu. I am currently based in the Cebu IT Park working out of a shared Entrepreneur hub in Skyrise 1 I am looking for a certified & degree qualified Accountant with practical experience in all levels of bookkeeping/accounting and reporting. To begin with I want some assistance getting on top of my own accounts. I want some systems that work from your own experience implemented. I currently use MYOB Essentials as the cloud based accounting package. It is pretty easy and if you have experience in other packages I don't think it will be hard to adapt.
