I am looking for a full time virtual personal assistant. You will need to be fluent in English, be able to work 40 hours a week, and have the following skills (or be smart and willing to be trained in the following areas): Diary Management Basic Graphic Design (i.e. make work documents look nice, put together powerpoint presentations) Invoicing Bookkeeping (using Xero or MYOB a bonus) A "will do what is required" attitude A nice, happy personality The job is extremely varied. It could be putting together a spreadsheet, sending invoices, working with I.T people to change email addresses, booking couriers etc etc - it is a little bit of everything that just needs a nice person who is willing to work hard and commit to this job as their full time job. The price point however is limited to an overseas worker (i.e. India, Philippines etc). I would be prepared to fly the appropriate person to Melbourne once a year for reviews and ongoing training.

We are looking for someone to help with our book keeping. We use a cloud program so you must be familiar with this product. We need bank reconciliation and you must be familiar with Australia Tax and BAS.
