We have a magento store with approx 6000 items listed. We need someone to manually go through these and change certain things... more pictures adding. sizing information adding in the attributes. configurable products need meta data adding. the simple products that are part of a configurable product need changing to 'not visible individually' the Title and Description need scraping from another website selling the same products. We would also like to have up selling / cross selling setup for products that are matched up by other websites. This is really a manual job and does not require much technical knowledge. You will need to be familiar with Magento editing products and also be confident changing attributes We want to spend no more than $100

We are a small company producing and selling our own clothing as well as retailing a variety of home decor products. We are seeking to improve our customer service processes and implement ZenDesk. We currently spend too much time dealing with repetitive tasks such as order status questions, processing returns & exchanges, dealing with backorder notifications. We're looking for help in solving these issues. I have looked into ZenDesk and think it could be very useful, but would prefer to work with someone with experience in setting up efficient ZenDesk processes. Our site uses Magento and we plan to use the Magento-ZenDesk integration. You must have experience with setting up ZenDesk - preferably for an ecommerce business.
