Dear, For a project that is being held in the next 6 weeks I will have to deal with weekly assignments. The language which this is about is Python. The assignments aren't too big but they are out of my league as I am an absolute beginner in python. What i want: Someone that can program and make the assignments correctly. But most important I need someone that is capable in programming easy as possible and one that can explain very simply what is being done as I have to be able to explain what is done myself. So the #notes are the most important. Some topics: - Panda - MarkDown - Topic modeling - NLTK - Numpy - Beautifull soup Looking forward hearing from you, With Kinds regards, Barry

I have a Jekyll blog (source files in Markdown) that I need converted to Wordpress. I'm not sure what exactly is involved, but I'm assuming that the .md files need to be parsed and put into a format that Wordpress can natively import. It's essential that the date, URL, slug, etc... is maintained with the conversion.

Word parser and highlighter and text-input handler written in Coffeescript with Unit tests. Job Description: I have a specific set of front-end functionality that I would like built in Coffeescript. The code should include unit tests (e.g. Nodeunit) for all items. Additionally, you should include a basic README (preferably in Markdown) that details how to set up and run the tests (and any other information that seems relevant). I will provide 3 flat HTML template files for reference and which you can use for testing. As you'll see from the specific requirements, this is a typing test app, though with arbitrary text (not just plain English or other natural language). The specific functionality is as follows: - Programatically identify a given CSS ID for a source DIV - programatically identify a text-input DIV based on CSS ID - Parse HTML in the source DIV, tokenize this content (white-space delimited). Expect the content to be pre-styled using SPAN elements - Highlight "curre...

We're in need of a knowledged API writer, to complete our platform REST API's (JSON) documentation. We have an existing platform API with a lot of resources that are live and partly documented (automatically generated), and we need someone to complete the entire thing. You need to understand API's and read into our resources to provide explanations for developers to build against our platform. This will mean that you are very likely a developer-first, writer-second. The documentation will be written in markdown, so some level of knowledge on that is necessary. Please respond with some samples of prior API documentation that you might have done, as well as your self-judged proficiency level.

You will help us build, expand and maintain a new Middleman-based web site. You are very familiar with Git, Ruby and flat file-based CMSs, ie. Middleman, Awestruct, Jekyll, et al. You are also familiar with Markdown and Markdown-like formats, such as Asciidoc, as well as document manipulation tools, such as Asciidoctor and Pandoc. And finally, you're not afraid of hacking some Ruby modules to get things working properly, if the need arises. Please have your references, portfolio and github repos available for viewing. Hello All: I need some front-end JS created to essentially wrap/create a custom textarea. I need the textarea to take a pasted image and upload it via ajax to a backend server (PHP). I am building a markdown editor and I need the paste component built. The textarea will contain text only and will submit the pasted image via ajax to a the server. The server will process the image (in our case store it in a publicly accessible URL) then return the URL for the image back to the textarea and the java will insert it there. Thus, I need the Paste "event" caught in the textarea and wrapped using the new clipboard API. The POST will then happen and the PHP will return the URL. I am ***NOT*** worried about the backend script it can return static text for now; this project is all about the frontend design. All about the javascript. I need bootstrap3.x, jquery 1.10.x, and I desire the design to be solid and well thought out. If you are familiar with github I am trying to re-c...
