# DATA - It comes from our "registered customer" database in SQL. - 350k observations. - Date range: 140101 to 150501. - There are 3 files to be merges together. Size is about 5 mb each. Variable names: date created hour of day created country ID firm/individual firm type devicemodel zip city customer category channel Customer Pay Value tx (activity measure) age There are 10 different $countries. There are 4000 different $devicemodels (the device they use when signing up). This is an important variable. Sadly 63000 is NA. It's important since we can advertise towards devices (perhaps include iPhone 5 but exclude iPhone 4 etc). There are 6 Channels: Affiliate Direct Facebook Organic Referral SearchEngineMarketing # GOALS The question to research is: where are our best customers? A good definition of best is probably a high $ "Customer Pay Value". Some good variables for where is probably: $country, $age, $devicemodel, $channel. ...

I need a simple text editor where you can only write forward (no backspace, no editing) until you hit a pre-defined word count goal. Then it unlocks and allows you to edit your document. This is the first in a sequence of very simple apps for creative people - each with a unique twist. If you provide good support, code documentation, and we get along, this will lead to other projects. I have been working with startups for over a decade and can provide all design elements. (A plus if you believe you can also make an Android and Web version of this app; not for this project but perhaps in the future.) Type of application development required: New Application Integration requirements: Standalone Application Purpose or functionality of application: - Ability to set word count goal - Only write forwards (no backspace or other options except Save) - *Markdown* compatible formatting - Once hit word count goal, screen unlocks to enable editing Platform(s) desired for application: Mac OSX...

****WE ALREADY HAVE A SCRIPT IN R-STUDIO THAT DOES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. WHAT WE NEED NOW IS TO MAKE A SMALL EDIT TO OUR SCRIPT TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH A NEW EXCEL TEMPLATE**** **Attached is the script we are currently using. Purpose The purpose of this project is to design and develop a consumer for the Five9 API. The software will be integrated into a larger body of work that consists of a collection of API consumers. Scope The Five9 API Consumer is a Python class that has methods to retrieve reports from the Five9 API. The class must support pulling data by specified date ranges and aggregate over date parameters (e.g. daily, monthly, total). All required parameters including the authentication information and report identifier should be expected to come in the form of kwargs. The API Consumer must include a function named "run" that returns a pandas dataframe with the data for each of the bullet points above in a tabular format. The API Consumer must be accompanied by a complete set of unit tests using both live connections to the API and mocked API connections. Greater than 90% coverage is required. Documentation ? Every method in the API Consumer class must include Google Style...

For   [obscured]   we have created several markdown pages (.md) that should be set into a template with at the left a menu, a header and a footer. We are not experts in this, but we *think* that by using something like Angular js, you can build a template (with menu, header and footer), and then just link the .md pages in (or compiled md pages). End result should be something like this:   [obscured]  /api/authentication/ (on that page you see a header, a menu at the left, and a footer). We deliver you all MD pages.

Hello, I need to have a Jekyll (  [obscured]  /) blog converted to Wordpress. All Jekyll posts are stored as individual yaml files (markdown format) with some metadata (post slug, url, date, etc...) at the top of the file. I need the URL structure in Wordpress to be exactly identical to the existing site so that existing referrer links and disqus comments will still work. The blog was done in Jekyll to mimic the Wordpress URL structure, so this shouldn't be a problem. There are a total of 401 posts. I'm hoping most of this can be done with a script and not manually. Thanks

I need someone with experience with LaTeX and pandoc (Haskell tool for conversion of files between multiple formats). Pandoc can take a markdown file and process it to PDF, which it does via LaTeX (hidden step). The conversion traditionally uses a default.latex template to format the PDF output. I need to have this template edited so that the PDF output conforms to a style for our journal. I would supply an example LaTeX .tex file for an article, along with our journal's LaTeX .cls file and an example bibliography file and an example of the PDF we are aiming for. We are currently manually editing the .tex masterfile to insert authors submissions and produce our PDF. The goal is to produce markdown from the author submission and then convert this automatically using pandoc.

You will be creating a website that will be used internally by our company to build and maintain music playlists. The site will list our available playlists and allow creation of new ones. For each playlist, the site will allow editing of playlist properties, including adding / deleting songs. See the attached specification document for more information on the website flow and functionality. * Use the Twitter Bootstrap framework for all UI (default styles are fine, but if you want to be creative, go ahead) * You must provide documentation on what it will take to get the project running on my machine within the project sources (preferably using Markdown). Any project which I cannot configure and run inside of 2 minutes will be rejected. * You must use PHP to hide our db keys. Javascript and HTML can be used otherwise. * I will be very picky about code styles and anything else I don't like. Expect multiple revisions and price your work accordingly.
