Setup backup/restore solution for server running CentOS (without GUI). The server is VPS with MariaDB and MongoDB installed. I should be able to connect from my computer and: initiate backup / download backup files / restore server. You can choose the exact backup software to be used (UrBackup, Duplicity or other) until it satisfies the requirements bellow: - The backup files should be compressed and encrypted. - Full backup and incremental backups both should be supported. - The database dumps should be healthy (may be necessary to switch the database in read-only mode during the backup). - The temporary files should not be exported. - The backup should go to local file system of the server, from where it could be downloaded later. No dependency to any external server. - The backup process should be able to run manually (with command), but also should be configured as cron job to run once per day. The backup file should contain the date and time when it was created. - The old backu...

This job is about creating 3 Atom packages (for the github text editor ATOM) and uploading them to the atom data base (so that no manual installing is necessary) 1.) .planner The planner package allows you to create planners starting NOW and calculating the time-stamps when you've finished your subtasks. e.g. you type today.planner The .planner function should be analogous to the .timer function shown in this video   [obscured]  /RfFggGDD6RU?t=48s Features to include: Times can be updated constantly (20 minutes becomes 10 minutes => new times are calculated). Time-lines can always be deleted => new calculation, e.g. "Knead" is finished => delete it, so that times are updated. Time-lines can always be set to ignore by Github markdown line-through (~linethrough~), has same effect as delection. The current task is displayed in the status bar as a count-down: e.g. in the video, when 7 Minutes are over: today.planner 11:13 Knead 20 Minutes 11:33 Do something else....

I'm using SimpleNote on my mobile device to create single note files on certain topics/ideas, using ResophNote, they are synchronized into a folder on my PC. Here, every note becomes a single text file. To bring my notes in a strategic order which allows me to create cross references, I'm using a desktop app called "Zettelkasten". To memorize some of the notes (some notes are e.g. just words and their translations or definitions I've looked up) I furthermore create ANKI cards from SOME notes I took in SimpleNote. Furthermore, e.g. when watching a lecture online, I'm creating linear notes (one large text, consisting of different notes a, b, c, d) I want to split these linear conjunct notes into single files in the resoph-notes folder (then they will automatically get synchronized to SimpleNote). Furthermore I also want to create Zettelkasten and ANKI notes from these notes. Anki and Zettelkasten work via csv-Import, so the basic thing the program (python script) will have t...

Small job--need assistance in utilizing an R-markdown file (.Rmd) and knitr to loop through a data set and produce a separate PDF report for each employee listed in the file. Data processing work is complete; job involves developing R code to loop through each ID in a dataset, and producing a PDF for each unique ID. Would prefer this done with .Rmd rather than .Rnw.

I need a simple text editor where you can only write forward (no backspace, no editing) until you hit a pre-defined word count goal. Then it unlocks and allows you to edit your document. This is the first in a sequence of very simple apps for creative people - each with a unique twist. If you provide good support, code documentation, and we get along, this will lead to other projects. I have been working with startups for over a decade and can provide all design elements. (A plus if you believe you can also make an Android and Web version of this app; not for this project but perhaps in the future.) Type of application development required: New Application Integration requirements: Standalone Application Purpose or functionality of application: - Ability to set word count goal - Only write forwards (no backspace or other options except Save) - *Markdown* compatible formatting - Once hit word count goal, screen unlocks to enable editing Platform(s) desired for application: Mac OSX...

Purpose The purpose of this project is to design and develop a consumer for the Five9 API. The software will be integrated into a larger body of work that consists of a collection of API consumers. Scope The Five9 API Consumer is a Python class that has methods to retrieve reports from the Five9 API. The class must support pulling data by specified date ranges and aggregate over date parameters (e.g. daily, monthly, total). All required parameters including the authentication information and report identifier should be expected to come in the form of kwargs. The API Consumer must include a function named "run" that returns a pandas dataframe with the data for each of the bullet points above in a tabular format. The API Consumer must be accompanied by a complete set of unit tests using both live connections to the API and mocked API connections. Greater than 90% coverage is required. Documentation ? Every method in the API Consumer class must include Google Style...

For   [obscured]   we have created several markdown pages (.md) that should be set into a template with at the left a menu, a header and a footer. We are not experts in this, but we *think* that by using something like Angular js, you can build a template (with menu, header and footer), and then just link the .md pages in (or compiled md pages). End result should be something like this:   [obscured]  /api/authentication/ (on that page you see a header, a menu at the left, and a footer). We deliver you all MD pages.
