Top-notch, solidworks trained, mechanical design engineer to join us in completing the new frobot, an automated retail kiosk that serves fresh frozen yogurt. Responsibilities include: -Add several off-the-shelf, static hardware components to solidworks model; -finalize solid works model for sheet metal fabrication; -prepare all necessary documentation for our old school sheet metal fabricator, who primarily builds directly from paper fabrication documents. This documentation includes detailed bill of materials, PDF assemblies, and parts list. Obsessive attention to detail is an absolute must (accounting for every nut and bolt). We're looking to get started immediately with quick turnaround. Release of all current documentation, solidworks files, etc for a full quote will be provided via dropbox link upon signing our non-disclosure agreement. All interested encouraged to apply. We're looking for talent, passion, work ethic, and results over experience.

We have a simple 4-button membrane switch/7-segment LCD timer that uses a PIC16f916 to controller a mechanical relay. On one of our other products we have a feature that only allows a limited number of cycles (i.e. relay ON) before locking out the controller and requiring a code to reactivate. Depending on the reactivation code used, various amounts of cycles can be authorized. We would like to add this same feature, or something very similar to it, to the PIC16 timer.

A chemical coated yarn called black wick is to be wrapped with 10 mm width 18" white tissue. We need to design two types of grippers for the left and right hand sides..Both the gripper should have two jaws; one to grip the tissue and another to grip the wick. The tissue gripper at the right hand side should be able to swing upto to 20 degree so that when twirling takes place it can bring the tissue closer to wick. Both the grippers upon sensing the placement of the tissue and the wick should be able to rotate. At first 18" long tissue is placed over the gripper which is open. The jaws relating to tissue close now. Then we place the wick over the tissue. The jaws close and twirls to wrap the tissue When the wrapping completes the gripper should be able to hold both the wick and the tissue together. Attached video shows the manual process. The job is to design the grippers only. Not interested in this project you may look to my other jobs posted here. you can skype me @fewvasan...

Hi Jay, We are a company in Aust looking for a draftsmen that can assist us with 2D product drawings with a quick turn around. We currently have 90% of our products already drawn by a local draftsman, however we continually have the requirement of doing changes to the drawings to suit the project / customer. We are a supplier of boilers, chillers, pumps, pressurization systems and much more. Would this be something that would interest you to look at? Also - if it works out, do we need to continue through E-lance or can we contact you direct? Regards, Cameron Automatic Heating Pty Ltd.
