Need a person to use Equest, Trane Tracer or any other HVAC energy analyzer softwares and create energy saving calculations for me. I sell efficient chillers, I'd like to approach buildings and design engineers with an estimated energy savings. This person would need to simulate the building load based on square footage, occupancy, floors, monthly electric bill, and existing chiller. Then build a load profile and compare against my chiller performance data to create an estimate on energy savings I can present to my customer. Please let me know if you have experience doing this. Thanks, Josh

Less than a week ago I was sold a car in supposedly working order and nothing wrong with it. I test drove vehicle before I purchased it and everything seemed OK. I purchased car and proceeded to drive home when check engine light came on. I immediate called dealership back to let them know what was going on. They said to bring it back and they would have they're shop take a look and fix it for me. They said changing the oil and replacing the catalytic converter would fix the problem. I picked it up and proceeded to drive home once again. Half way back the problem was still there. I've tried to contact them numerous times and no response I recently have had it diagnosed by a mechanic and they say the engine will need replaced. Also, I've researched they're reviews since then and it seems 9/10 also had bought lemons off of them. I understand where there is no warranty on this car. but they also left out vital information about the vehicle What I would like is to have a...

I need someone to take my "technical" drawings, specifications, and ideas and turn them into CAD drawings that I can submit for prototyping and manufacturing. I've provided 85% of what is needed, I just lack the skill to get that last 15% done. There will be some assistance needed from you to determine fabrication material and tolerances. Currently, I have 8 drawings showing every component of the device and can work daily with you on any questions or specifics you need from me to complete the project. I would prefer someone to provide an hourly rate bid then we can discuss how many hours you will need to complete once you have had a chance to review the drawings and the scope of the project. I'm mechanically inclined, and have taken some engineering courses so I'll be able to partner with you until we get it right. If all goes well, future work can be awarded to you on a project by project basis. While timelines are fluctuating, I'd like to get the project started b...

I would like for someone to design an apparatus that would attach to a squat rack with a J-hook attachment and remain very stable once in place. Essentially the device will be built off of a J -hook. see photo of the J hook attached. The apparatus should have two pads 24 inches long with a diameter of 6 inches, that would support the legs of the person doing the handstand to help them regain balance without needing to return their feet the ground, each time balance is lost. The key feature of the apparatus would be a mechanism that would allow one of the pads to be positioned directly above the other (in the start position) and rotate safely(smoothly with no loud noises) around the feet of the person doing the handstand once they "kick up" into position. This rotational movement of the top pad would be activated by the pressure of the (heels of calfs)hitting the primary support pad. Once this rotation has a occurred, the apparatus would provide support on both sides. Ide...

I need someone with the smarts to do a feasibility study of a concept for an innovated product. The product will utilise the charateristics of modern phase change materials for thermal control. It is a very basic product in principle but need some up front info prior to moving to design/testing etc. I don't see the study being too detailed but something rather basic for an engineer with material knowledge and thermal balance type knowledge. So if you think you are capable then please send me a reply. More info can be given to suitable candidates. Also at this stage I would prefer working with someone in Australia.
