I'm looking for someone to clean up the design of my wiki (  [obscured]  ). This includes (but is not limited to): 1. Creating a top navigation bar 2. Adjusting the contents area to be better suited for screen and mobile display 3. Floating table of contents for Wiki elements 4. Cleaning up the CSS (removing unused code and making things more efficient) and so on. Most of the changes are cosmetic. I can do this myself, but it might be more efficient to have someone help. I am still putting together the list of specifics, but I am essentially looking for someone with the following experience (in order of importance, though not all necessary): 1. CSS (90%) 2. Mediawiki or Dokuwiki (5%) 3. PHP, Javascript (<1%) 4. Typography and design (<1%) 5. LaTeX (the site uses this in certain points) (<1%) If this is something that interests you, please contact me with some examples of your web design and a resume/CV. Thank you.
