Medical billing/coding specialist is needed to catch up with billing and EOB in a medical office. This would include billings for the past 3 months, and approximately 1200-1800 billings. Must have prior experience, and must also have experience in using SoapWare Medical records and billing management. This may be an ongoing contract depending on quality of work expertise and how we would work this out to integrate with office mangagement. Ideally we would want all of our current billing caught up, and then maintenance of our billing on a weekly basis. You must also have the ability to contact the insurance companies and resolve any billing issues that may arise. Medical transcription and review is a major plus as many charts need to be reviewed, and adjusted as needed. Also assistant to do other medical based paperwork.

Hello, I run a virtual assistance service for physicians in three main areas, virtual assistant services (including patient appointment reminders, call answering service, patient scheduling, patient follow up, physician organization and assistance, etc..), medical billing (at a percentage or per hour or per fee) and medical transcription (per line, per page or per audio hour). We also do multiple other things including building websites, SEO, medical research, medical writing, email campaigns etc... However, we have very few clients and am having trouble keeping clients so I would like a marketing plan for targetting physicians and show them how using virtual assistance can decrease their overhead, improve their patient satisfaction and decrease their administrative time overall increasing their income while allowing them more free time.
