We are a multinational company with offices in Canada, the Netherlands and China. We use Google Apps exclusively in our company, and the Google mail (using our domain @caplinq.com) is our email service provider. Since December, China has been heavy handed with foreign email, and even heavier with Google. For this reason, many emails are now blocked to our Chinese colleague. She is using a @163.com email address as a temporary measure but we want to find a workable, more permanent workaround. Our colleague does have opportunity to use Outlook as her mail client instead of accessing mail.google.com directly. Our colleague has TeamViewer installed on her computer and the problem can be fixed remotely.

We have some kiosks setup running Windows 8.1 and internet explorer 11. The software is SiteKiosk. We want the employee's to be able to access our internal sharepoint site and view safety documents. These documents are in word (doc/docx), excel (xls/xlsx), pdf and powerpoint (ppt/pptx). Right now the computer tries to open the files in the full program but due to security of the kiosk software it fails. we tried to set the files to open in the web apps by default but it does not reliably work (See attached pdf for some of the issues) We need someone who is familiar with Sharepoint 2010 and WebApps to configure and troubleshoot the issues.
