We produce hundreds of RFQ confirmations and Quotations to send to our clients. At present we are using blank excel templates to produce these documents. It is taking us far too long to produce these documents because we need to enter all the clients details into each document each time. We have 20 - 40 construction projects across the United States and we need a complete customized solution that multiple people can access and that we can control access to. We have used PROCORE (  [obscured]  ) and it is a good platform. However, there are many areas that are to complicated and the cost is always going up. We need a system based on a standard platform so that in the future we can update, add or change the code. This project is no something that can be done in only a few hours. my Access database has reached it's capacity and i need to transfer this into SQL management studio , queries. My issues are that with access i was able to link to 3 SQL server in which enable me to have all the data in one central point. Granted my access queries where very inefficient and i believe this could be done much bettre in SQL. We would to add a new tab into Microsoft Word in which we can access a series of existing template documents, such as a letter, meeting minutes, report, etc. As shown in image "1", we would like a new tab to show up when ever Microsoft Word is running; the tab shall be called 'AT&L Templates'.
