I'd like to utilize an integeration between my existing CRM, Podio, andLeftrontics (or similar sales dashboard) for my sales team. I've spent dozens of hours trying to find an easy solution for a non programer without any luck finding a good fit. I'd like to use something like Leftronics and have it update when we create new leads and close deals in Podio. Leftronics doesn't work with Podio out of the box, but it does support things like Google spreadsheets. I think there is a way to automatically send data to Spreadsheets from Podio as items are updated and then tie that Spreadsheet to Leftronics. I'm also open to using something else besides Leftronics, but I'm not familiar with APIs, so I'm open to suggestions.

We have an access database called CARS that was designed to be a number of things. A central library for customer specifications that we can consult. An area that we can set out production schedules and update with actual data each day. It was also an area that we would be able to print packing labels and product labels for what we make. It was also hoped to be a tool that would give us statistical reporting of our activity and efficiency. It was also hoped to be a reference area for HR , health and safety and quality . So far we have about 30 % of what we had hoped. We operate sage as our finance package. We don't have external access currently on our system and felt it would have cost too much to develop. So now we want to build on what we have and try to put together a really great system.

Use either Access 2013 or Filemaker Pro 12.0 to create a searchable database to catalogue Files and Web links. I do a fair amount of writing and presentations that involve reference to numerous files and file types. References include multiple file types, including Word, PDFs, videos, as well as active links to websites. We have an existing Access Database that we use to track, invoice, and pay for milestone work. The existing database is 4-5 years old, and has been continuously updated by our current programmer. We process thousands of invoices, across thousands of milestones in the database. We track each milestone awarded to us by our clients, which of our employees/ICs is working on it, and when the milestone is complete. We then invoice for the completed milestones and pay our ICs/employees for these milestones based on a range of criteria. I am looking for advice, ideas and then implementation. I am a Commercial Mortgage Broker with access to hundreds of lending partners. Each lender has 10-20+ important data points of lending criteria. (min/max loan amounts, Geographical Limitations, Types of Properties that they will lend on, interest rates, fees, borrower's credit rating, etc. ) I need to be able to quickly match these up with incoming loan requests. For example, a customer may be looking to borrow $1.1M on a large apartment building in California, another may need $600K to refinance their gas station or hotel in Florida. Out of the hundreds of lenders, only a few be good candidates for each of these loans. I want a way to collect and organize this data on our current data set, but make it easy for anyone to add/modify lenders in the future. I posted another job, as a searchable Google Sheet, but I'm open to other and better ideas.
