I have some old Direct mail marketing software back from 2003 that allows you to add template letters, contacts under different groups and different letter templates. The software also has a scheduler so you can set what letters to send to what groups at x many days apart and the software creates reminders and then prints the letters using mail merge. Currently we use excel to do our perpetual inventory. We start the month with beginning inventory then add purchases, subtract transfers (requisitions received from different departments) and at the end of the month we do an inventory to see what has been the spent. i would like to streamline this using filemaker pro.
